The Joyetech eRoll Slim kit is a small, pen style (eRoll Pen) device with a 480mAh battery. The eRoll Slim comes packaged with a 1500mAh magnetic portable charging case (PCC Case) which allows for up to 3 recharges on-the-go. For convenience, the eRoll Slim can also be charged using the provided USB-C cable. The eRoll Slim device is draw activated and very easy to use, so there are no buttons or settings to fiddle with, making it a great option for both new or experienced vapers alike.
Constructed from a sleek & durable metallic body and featuring a removable, magnetic leather holster strap, the eRoll Slim is ideal for users who spend time outdoors or commuting. Whether you prefer to take a super-lightweight approach and take just your eRoll Pen itself out with you, or leave your PCC case in your bag or jacket pocket for longer journeys, the eRoll Slim is the ideal kit for anyone wishing to find the ideal compromise between form factor and longevity thanks to it’s compact and modular design.
Whilst offering you the ability to charge your device whilst you’re on-the-go, the included PCC case also allows you to keep track of the available battery capacity in your case thanks to the on-board LED indicator lights. By allowing you to monitor your available battery levels in real-time and mobile charging, the eRoll Slim kit will assist you in ensuring that you will always have enough power to get you through the day.
Around the base of the eRoll Pen is a 360° LED light ring that displays three colour coded status lights to keep you informed of your eRoll pen’s current battery capacity.
Red Light: Less than 30% Charge.
Blue Light: Between 30%-70% Charge.
Green Light: Between 70%-100% charge.
To view the current charge levels of the PCC case, press the in-built status button on the side of the device.
The eRoll Slim kit includes an innovative “Dual Charging” system which offers two methods of on-board charging via. USB Type-C cable connection. The eRoll pen itself includes a built-in (1 Amp MAXIMUM current) USB-C charging port the underside of the device for charging up your eRoll pen’s 480mAh battery when outside of your PCC case. Whereas the charging PCC case hosts a (2 Amp MAXIMUM current) USB-C charging port to charge up your eRoll’s 1500mAh powerbank for on-the-go charging.
The eRoll Slim also features “Smart Vibration” haptic feedback. When your eRoll Pen is placed back into the PCC case or a cartridge is detected and seated on the eRoll Pen, your eRoll Slim kit will emit a small vibration to inform you that your pen is now connected to your PCC case and back on-charge or a new cartridge has been detected.
The eRoll Slim kit comes included with an eRoll pod cartridge that has a 1.0Ohm Mesh Coil for enhanced flavour right out-of-the-box. The PCC cartridges are also disposable and easy to change when needed, so there are no messy or fiddly coil changes required.
To set up the device for the first time:
- Remove the pod cartridge from your eRoll Pen and pull aside the pod’s rubber bung. Then, add your E-Liquid through the pod’s filling hole until full and re-seat the rubber bung.
- Re-connect the pod cartridge back into the top of your eRoll Pen and wait between 5-10 minutes allowing for the coil inside the pod to prime and saturate with E-Liquid. The process of priming your pod is only required the first time your pod is filled and has yet to hold E-Liquid.
- Once the coil inside your pod cartridge has been primed, the device is now ready to be used. Remove the mouthpiece and repeat these steps when replacing your pod.
The Joyetech eRoll Slim is a good choice for those who prefer mouth to lung vaping. Beginners will appreciate the easy-to-use disposable pods, while experienced vapers will enjoy the compact size of the device. Also, it has a long battery life thanks to the eRoll Pen being independent of your PCC case with it’s own onboard power delivery. The Joyetech eRoll Slim Kit proves a marvellous for all users and works perfectly with all 50VG/50PG blended E-Liquids.
For best results, we recommend pairing the Joyetech eRoll Slim kit with a nicotine salt E-Liquid such as the Alfa Labs Juicebar, Absolution Salts or Mirage Black Label ranges for a fantastically flavoursome and smooth vaping experience.
